Alexander Lukashenko Counts on Agreements with Rosneft on Further Cooperation
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is counting on an agreement with Rosneft on further cooperation. He stated this on February 18 at a meeting with Igor Sechin, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Rosneft.
