BelCCI and State Registration Chamber of Russia Signed Cooperation Agreement

Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the State Registration Chamber under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation have signed a cooperation agreement, reports the press service of BelCCI.

Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the State Registration Chamber under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation have signed a cooperation agreement, reports the press service of BelCCI.

The subject of the agreement is the cooperation of the parties in such areas as accreditation of foreign companies’ offices and branch offices of foreign legal entities, development of legislative and other normative legal documents in the respective field as well as data exchange.

Besides that, chambers’ representatives have discussed the forms of further cooperation.

Among the primary functions of the registration chamber are: accreditation of foreign companies’ offices and branch offices of foreign legal entities on the territory of Russia, registration of Russian investments abroad, maintaining the state register of agreements on international and foreign economic relations concluded by public authorities of the Russian Federation.
