West Ural bank of the Russian Sberbank gave first credit to the association of farms “Vil Sures” in Perm krai. The credit was given in accordance with the treaty between Belarus and Russian Sberbank about the conditions of the credit tranches for the purchase of the goods produced in Belarus in the Russian Federation.

We would remind that on October 15, 2009 in Minsk the government of Belarus signed a treaty with the Russian Sberbank on the conditions of credit granting for the Purchase of the goodes produced in the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation. The document was signed in ccordance with the Order №466 “About some measures of realization of goods produced in the Republic of Belarus”.

The treaty in particular covers the preferential crediting of legal entities and natural persons for the purchase of the technical equipment produced in the Republic of Belarus. The major benefit of such crediting for the borrower is the payment of the part of the interest rate on the credit (at the rate of the Bank of Russia at the moment of crediting) made by the Ministry of finance of Belarus during the whole period of the treaty being in force.

The association of farms “Vil Sures” got the credit at the range of 1, 848 million of Russian rubles for 5 years for the purchase of new agricultural technical equipment instead of the worn-out. The credit is given on the security of agricultural technical equipment including the purchased one. At the moment the enterprise has 40 units of tractors of different brands at its disposal that are used at the sown area and in the cattle-breeding buildings. 13 of them need to be replaced. The association plans to purchase 3 tractors of Belarusian production with the help of the borrowed funds.

Minsk tractor plant was established on May, 29, 1946. The enterprise belongs to the 8 of the largest world producers of tractors that provide 96% of the world market total volume of this technical equipment. MTZ exports its products to the more than 60 countries of the world. Today MTZ produces 24 models of universal tilling tractors, 6 models of compact tractors, 8 models of moto blocks and mini tractors, 15 models of special machinery for industrial purposes: communal, loading, forest exploiting and mine machinery as well as plows.
