Cooperation Treaty between Postavy District of Vitebsk Region and Pushkin District of Moscow Region Signed in Dolgoprudny on April 16th, 2008

Present conditions of Belarus and Russia’s development demand the policy which should be based on the most active cooperation embracing all fields of autonomous bodies’ activity. States’ integration in different spheres has already become traditional. Establishment of sister city relations between Russian and Belarusian municipal authorities as well as making of long-term contracts in the field of agriculture, economy, culture and education makes it possible to increase trade barter, create new labour-markets, hold joint fairs, maintain and extend relations between the nations. One can give a lot of examples of such harmonious cooperation among Belarusian and Russian cities and districts.
