Kyrgyzstan is eager to join Customs Union

The Ambassador also underlined that Kyrgyzstan is already a WTO member. Kyrgyzstan has made a long way to coordinating the tariffs with all the WTO members. “We are interested in the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, since the major part of the turnover in Kyrgyzstan accounts for these countries. Kyrgyzstan has no contradictions with the Customs Union”, - said Ishkenul Boldzhurova.

The process of coordinating customs tariffs and other conditions may take long time, Miss Ambassador believes. She also pointed out that the countries of Customs Union themselves haven’t completed the coordination of customs tariffs inside the union yet.
