All the tasks set before “Beltransgas” in 2009 were successfully fulfilled, said director general of public corporation “Beltransgas” Vladimir Mayorov during the press conference that was held at the National Press Centre of Belarus.

All the tasks set before “Beltransgas” in 2009 were successfully fulfilled, said director general of public corporation “Beltransgas” Vladimir Mayorov during the press conference that was held at the National Press Centre of Belarus.

In particular, “Beltransgas” managed to ensure safe operation of the system of trunk gas pipelines that pass though the territory of the republic, uninterrupted transit of Russian gas to the countries of Western and Eastern Europe as well as uninterrupted supply of Belarusian consumers with natural gas.

Together with concern “Beltopgas” “Beltransgas” continues installing gas on the territory of the republic, supplying the largest consumers with gas.

This work is carried out using state-of-the-art technologies which are rather power efficient. It is particularly felt while maintaining gas pipelines, cutting in under pressure and utilizing gas. Moreover, everything above-listed makes it possible to save an ample amount of energy resources.
