Talking about the decade results from December 8, 1999 it is worth mentioning that “a lot has been done in the social sphere”, said the head of Representative office of Union State Permanent Committee in Minsk S.Zabolotsec.

“It may include the whole range of information issues and Olympics for children in Union State. This is especially exiting for the children, for those who will live in Union State. And one should see the emotions overwhelming children when they leave”, - said in his address S.Zabolotsec.

The head of the Representative office of Union State Permanent Committee in Minsk said that this year there was organized a patriotic shift in Belarusian republican recreational camp “Zubrenok”, in which participated children from the regions of the Russian Federation and from all regions of the Republic of Belarus. Olympics were held in Rostov and other regions of the Russian Federation, significant events took place in Grodno district.

Besides, S.Zabolotsec reminded, that this year events dedicated the 100^th anniversary of the birthday of outstanding Soviet diplomat Andrei Andreevich Gromyko. “The Gromykos came to Belarus, his son, daughter and grandchildren, they participated in all events and were surprised how our common history has been maintained in Belarus”, - he said.

All these issues are always in vision of Union State Permanent Committee.
