Vice-premier of Belarus: the Agreement on Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) may be signed in July

Belarus and Russia may sign an agreement on the stuff recruitment and start the building of the Belarusian NPP in July. The first vice-premier of Belarus Vladimir Semashko announced during his speech on the joint meeting of the two chambers of the National Assembly of Belarus on the 30 of June.

“Now we are on the negotiation level and are going to sign an agreement on the stuff training and building of the NPP. I hope that we will have the opportunity to sign it in July.” – he said.

By the first of July according to Vladimir Semashko the concrete constructions of the NPP should be started on the place of the future station.

Vice-premier reminded that the prime-minister of RF Vladimir Putin promised that Russia will create a special line of credit for building the Belarusian NPP according to Russian pattern.
