Exposition of Enterprises Forming Defence-Industrial Complexes of CSTO Member States to Be Organized at “IDELF-2008”

As is reported by the press service of CSTO Secretariat, yesterday at the meeting of the Standing Council under the Collective Security Treaty Organization Sergey Marichev, chairman of board of directors of “Bizon” close corporation, reported that for the first time an exposition of enterprises forming defence-industrial complexes (DIC) of CSTO member states would be organized at the International Arms and Military Equipment Show “IDELF-2008”.

As is reported by the press service of CSTO Secretariat, yesterday at the meeting of the Standing Council under the Collective Security Treaty Organization Sergey Marichev, chairman of board of directors of “Bizon” close corporation, reported that for the first time an exposition of enterprises forming defence-industrial complexes (DIC) of CSTO member states would be organized at the International Arms and Military Equipment Show “IDELF-2008”.

S.Marichev informed the sitters that among “IDELF-2008” participants would be more than 400 DIC enterprises from 22 countries which is twice as many as compared with the previous year.

According to him, for the first time the show will present an exposition of enterprises forming defence-industrial complexes of CSTO member states. For instance, a large display will be presented by the Republic of Belarus, Kyrgyzstan Republic, the Republic of Armenia and the other CSTO countries.

As is reported by the press service of CSTO Secretariat, plenipotentiaries also examined the items put on the agenda of the forthcoming meetings of the Council of Ministers for foreign Affairs, Council of Ministers of Defence, Committee of Secretaries of Security Council as well as session of CSTO Collective Security Council.
