The delegation was headed by Boris Kirilov, the Executive Director of the RBBC and Vice President of Novikombank. Alexey Kubrin, the Deputy Secretary of the Union State and member of the RBBC, was one of the members of the delegation.

Belarus increases the price of gas, electricity and thermal energy for the population

The price of gas, electricity and thermal energy for heating and hot water supply in Belarus has increased from 1 November. This is the result of the Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 941 of 30 October 2013.

Construction materials for the NPP are supplied to Belarus free of VAT

Materials imported into Belarus for the construction of the NPP will be exempted from VAT. This is provided by Decree No. 487 of 28 October 2013 which has been published on the International Legal Web Portal.

New minimum consumer budgets operate in Belarus from 1 November

Belarus has set new minimum sizes for the consumer budgets of the primary social and demographic groups in line with the average per capita and per family-member income of different structure. It is based on average prices in September 2013. This decision is provided by Regulation No. 103 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.

The Development Bank presents the business potential of Belarus in Berlin

A presentation by the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus was delivered during the plenary session of the ‘Day of Belarusian Economy’ in Berlin. Sergey Rumas, the Chairman of the Management Board of the Belarusian Development Bank, informed German business representatives about the possible potential for economic cooperation with the Republic of Belarus as part of the framework of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space. Grigory Rapota: Creation of joint holdings in the Union State is a slow process

The Union State is effectively developing trade and economic relations which have become the basis for the Customs Union. However the process of creating joint holding companies is slow. Equipment used at the Belarusian NPP is made in Belarus

Around 95% of the equipment in use at the Belarusian nuclear power plant construction site was made in Belarus. This was announced today. during an online conference, by Yury Pustovoi, the Head of the Nizhny Novgorod Engineering Company ‘Atomenergoproyekt in Belarus’ who is also the Director of Construction for the Belarusian NPP.

Rosselkhoznadzor to inspect Belarusian warehouse as part of Biryulyovo inquiry
