Joint board of agriculture and food ministry of Belarus and agriculture ministry of Russia will take place this summer, said Minister of agriculture and food of Belarus Semen Shapiro.
At the board sitting a range of important issues is planned to be considered, among which the analysis of the state support system for agricultural producers of the both states will become the top one.
“We must analyze in details the whole system of state support of Belarus and Russia taking into account not only tax allocations and credit tools but also other elements of the system”, - said the minister.
This issue became especially topical for Belarus after the statement made from the Russian side that Belarusian level of state support for agricultural producers is higher than in Russia and consequently Belarusian producers have an opportunity to produce at lower prices.
On the threshold of the board sitting working groups from the both states will give joint consultations and make estimations on the given issue. The results of work will be presented by participants of the board.
