Such an opinion was expressed by Nikolai Koshman, president of Russia’s Association of Builders, in Minsk.
Belarusian and Russian builders have common goals and interests. There are good vistas for cooperation in normative-legislative area, personnel training and low-rise construction.
Nikolai Koshman reminded that starting from January 1st, 2010 building permits in Russia will be terminated. It concerns both builders, designers and surveyors. “In this connection, self-regulatory organizations such as Russia’s Association of Builders will engage in everything including issuance of permissions to enter Russia’s construction market,” noted N.Koshman. “We have very positive attitude towards Belarusian construction complex. We are ready to render assistance to Belarusian organizations, to help them enter construction market of the Russian Federation”.
We would remind you that Russia’s Association of Builders numbers nearly 1300 legal persons. The Association has its representatives in 78 regions of Russia. The companies that are a part of it are now erecting about 70% of all construction projects in Russia. Among others the Association includes building companies of China, Germany, France and Turkey. The representatives of Belarus are not registered with the Association.
