Head of Belneftekhim: a part of losses due to low-quality oil is compensated
Part of the losses due to the situation with low-quality Russian oil was compensated, the question of reimbursing the losses of the Mozyr refinery remains open. This was stated by BelTA chairman of the concern "Belneftekhim" Andrei Rybakov
