Grigory Rapota: it is necessary to develop high-speed lines for rail and road transport
The State Secretary of the Union State, Grigory Rapota, said that it is necessary to develop high-speed highways for railway and automobile transport in Belarus and Russia. He raised this question during a meeting of the inter-parliamentary commission of the Council of the Republic and the Federation Council on interregional cooperation.
