Russian public associations carrying out search work can count on governmental assistance

The meeting took place on 6th May, 2013 in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region. Following its results Dmitry Medvedev gave the following assignments:1. Russian Ministry of Defense (Sergei Shoigu), Russian Ministry of Finance (A.G.Siluanov) and the Ministry of Education of Russia (D.V.Livanov) together with executive authorities of the Russian Federation are to work over the issue of support for NGOs engaged in search work.
The results are to be reported to the Government of the Russian Federation by September 1, 2013.
2. Senior officials (heads of higher executive authorities) of constituent entities of the Russian Federation are to ensure as a prerequisite when developing new plots of land, including construction, land, road and other works, that their location on the territories of combat operations conducted during the Great Patriotic War is taken into account.
