Alexander Lukashenko Decorated Filipp Kirkorov with Order of Francysk Skaryna for Considerable Contribution to Development of Belarusian-Russian cultural ties
According to the press service of the President of the Republic of Belarus, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Filipp Kirkorov has been decorated with the Order of Francysk Skaryna for significant contribution to the development and strengthening of Belarusian-Russian cultural ties as well as masterly performance. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed the relevant decree on May 18th.
