Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Policy was headed by Viktor Kosourov
At the thirty-ninth session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia which took place in Minsk, Victor Kosourov was recognized as the Parliamentary Assembly deputy who was delegated by the Federation Council of Russian Federation Federal Assembly.

At the same time, the powers of Oleg Tolkachev, the member of the deputation of the Russian Federation Federal Assembly, were terminated.
Victor Kosourov become a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Policy and in accordance with the rules of the Parliamentary Assembly and on the basis of decisions of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Policy approved by the chairman of the commission.
