Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan agreed on Customs Union creation conditions

Belarus , Russia and Kazakhstan agreed on Customs Union creation conditions, said President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at the session of the EurAsEC Interstate restricted Council on the results of the meeting of heads of state of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan, that took place before, reports Belta.

“Superior authority of Customs Union has just now considered and approved development outlooks for Customs Union”, - he said.

“During the complex but significant negotiations we have decided on balanced agreement achieved by mutual concession. Its implementation will allow to launch the machineries of deep economic integration with elements of single economic space”, - states Alexander Lukashenko.

He also added: “We agreed that during the first quarter of forthcoming year we will solve all the problems and enter the single customs space. We also agreed that will meet in mid December in Kazakhstan and will solve the problems connected with creation of single economic territory and will defined the deadlines of its creation. We agreed that from June, 1st, 2010 we altogether, three of our state will enter single customs territory”.

“I believe that if these machineries will demonstrate their real effectiveness, then such Customs Union will become the target of many others from our partners in commonwealth”, - underlined President of Belarus.
