“However it is already clear that the shooting period will require more financing that it has been planed. This is connected first of all with the additional expenses on the decoration on the territory of the memorial complex in Brest and the considerable shift in the exchange rates. The final sum of the over expenditure on the shooting period will be defined only on its completion at the end of October. However it is already clear that the over expenditure won’t exceed 10% of the budget” Igor Ugolnikov explained. “The pattern is a norm in the word of film production” – he added.
In the case in order not to exceed the defined limits of the budged it will be necessary to shrink expenses on computer graphics and sound design. The circumstances won’t influence however the dates of film release. But for the distribution of the film in cinemas (planed for 22nd of June 2012) the Broadcasting Organization will ask the Permanent Committee of the Union State to apply to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia (ALAB) for the financing of the additional computer graphics, sound design and promotion of the film.
