Third day of the Regions Forum: meeting of the heads of the upper chambers of parliaments and the talks of governors
The third and final day of the V Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia began with a meeting that the heads of the upper chambers of the parliaments of Russia and Belarus, Valentina Matvienko and Mikhail Myasnikovich, held together with the leaders of the regions of the two countries. Representatives of all Belarusian regions and 31 subjects of Russia arrived in Mogilyov. In total, about two thousand people came from Russia.
