The Institute of Linguistics in Tartu (formerly the USSR Academy of Linguistics) is being sensationalist, provocative or both. The Estonian linguists claim that the Russian language does not meets the minimum requirements (!) for individual identity, richness of vocabulary (!!) and scope (!!!).
